Lost Packages
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, you will be responsible for reshipping costs to send it again.
Non-Returnable Scenarios
Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

EU Consumer Notification
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized (which applies to our print-on-demand products).
2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
